Dr. Leah Dantin is a proud Aggie, graduating from Texas A&M University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She then received her Doctor of Optometry degree in 2016 from the University of Houston College of Optometry.
During her schooling, she completed clinical internships at a private practice in San Antonio and at the Northeastern State University-Oklahoma College of Optometry, both of which provided extensive training in the treatment and management of ocular disease and peri-operative care for cataract surgery. She is a Therapeutic Optometrist and a Certified Glaucoma Specialist. She is also an active member of the American Optometric Association and the Texas Optometric Association.
Dr. Dantin was born in Galveston and raised in Texas City. Her family has lived in Galveston and the surrounding area for over 40 years.
